Mr. Singh is the Lead Portfolio Manager of the Fund and President and Co-Portfolio Manager of the Adviser and has been with the Adviser since its formation in 2023. Mr. Singh is also the President of Advisory Services at Calton and Associates, Inc. (“Calton”), a registered investment adviser, and Chairman of its Investment Committee. Mr. Singh has more than 20 years industry experience.

Mr. Ciccati is the Chief Executive Officer of the Adviser and has been with the Adviser since its formation in 2023. He is also the Chief Executive Officer of Calton and has more than 25 years of industry experience.
Rohan Bahri

Mr. Bahri is the Co-Portfolio Manager of the Fund and Assistant Portfolio Manager of the Adviser. Mr. Bahri has been with the Adviser since its formation in 2023.
Rohan has earned a double Masters’ degree, an MS in Finance and an MBA specialized in Quantitative Finance & Entrepreneurship, from F.W Olin School of Business. Prior to starting Bahri Capital, he was a healthcare analyst at the Babson College Fund, a long-short fund based in MA. Mr. Bahri is also the founder and CEO of Bahri Capital LLC.
Saad Rahmouni
Chief Compliance Officer
& Senior Vice President
Mr. Rahmouni is the Chief Compliance Officer and Senior Vice President at PeakShares, LLC. He is also the Chief Compliance Officer of Calton & Associates Inc., a broker-dealer and a Registered Investment Adviser. Mr. Rahmouni’s professional background spans over twenty-five years, and various leadership roles in the financial industry. Mr. Rahmouni has an MBA from the University of South Florida.
